The MiniComi organizing committee (VSCIA) is closely monitoring the situation with the novel coronavirus COVID-19. We are aware of the current government directive to suspend large events and travel.
We are optimistic that the situation will improve before our event in July, and are proceeding with planning as usual at this time. We will be assessing the situation as it develops, and will provide updates as necessary.
At this time, our cancellation policy remains as before: cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event will be fully refunded.
